I have 2 HDD's, the first is partitioned so it has C 375Gb & D 558Gb, the second is E 1Tb, no partitions.
My Win 10 system is on C and I want to install UBUNTU Linux on D.
I am not familiar with the unix language at all and I have tried to install but the names are weird and certainly C, D, & E are not used. The first option is to Install Linux alongside Windows 10, from here it says select drive and only gives 1 choice sdb, and shows below 2 boxes sdb1 513Gb and scb2 487Gb with a slider in the center.
I thought sdb would be the second drive E the first would be sda, how do I get it to select D ? shouldn't this be sda2?
I am totally confused could anyone offer any advice? I would like to dual boot C or D.

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
